Brûléed Peeps S'Mores

Like S’Mores, But With Carmelized Sugar.

A simple spin on the traditional campfire dessert, this Easter candy adds a little something extra. Since Peeps are essentially marshmallows covered in colored sugar, roasting them gives a nice brown crispy sugar layer to each bite.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Peeps marshmallows

  • 1 Hershey’s chocolate bar

  • 6 graham cracker sheets

Directions

  1. Split each graham cracker sheet into two squares and top with three mini squares of the Hershey’s bar. Place to the side of the campfire in a place where it won’t fall in.

  2. Place each Peep on a skewer and slowly roast until the sugary outside is nicely browned and the marshmallow is soft and gooey.

  3. Assemble the graham crackers, chocolate, and Peeps into 6 total s’mores and enjoy!
